The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ryan has closed the distance and engaged Teixeira in a clinch.

Teixeira manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ryan manages to get himself to full guard.

Ryan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Teixeira defends well.

Aj Teixeira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Ryan.
