Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugh G Rection (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spartacus Thracian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rection might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth. Thracian has chosen I am Spartacus!!! I stand alone as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Spartacus Thracian!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rection misses with a lunging right hand
and Thracian counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Rection ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thracian moves away.
Thracian thows a body shot but no joy.
Hugh G Rection seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rection tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Thracian manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rection shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
It looks like Hugh G Rection has been cut.
Thracian closes the distance and clinches up with Rection, looking for a takedown. Thracian pushes Rection against the cage but Rection circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rection throws a body punch but Thracian moves out of range.
Thracian displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rection throws out the jab.
Thracian is looking to clinch but Rection is avoiding it.
Rection lands with a thumping leg kick.
Rection attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Rection throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Hugh G Rection is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Rection motions for Thracian to come forward. Rection throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Rection scores with a jab to the body.
Thracian misses with a takedown
and Rection counters with a two punch combo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rection thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rection with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Rection misses the jab.
Thracian is looking to clinch.
Thracian cracks Rection with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rection throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Thracian moves forwards but Rection connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Rection fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Thracian manages to avoid it.
Thracian takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Thracian avoids the body shot from Rection.
Rection misses with a straight right.
Rection lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Thracian misses with a left hand
and Rection counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rection misses with an uppercut
and Thracian counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Rection!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Thracian throws some wild stikes that Rection manages to avoid easily.
Rection sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Thracian is looking to take a break and control but Rection is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rection wants to improve his position but Thracian is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Thracian missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Thracian winds up and cracks Rection with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Thracian throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Thracian looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Thracian drops an elbow to the side of Rection's head.
Thracian tries to pass to full mount but Rection defends it.
Thracian is thwarting Rection's attempts to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Thracian connects with a nice short shot to Rection's temple.
Hugh G Rection's cut is getting worse.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rection is not content to let Thracian control the position.
Thracian thows a huge punch but Rection dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rection has hold of Thracian's hands but Thracian slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Jeez, Hugh G Rection's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hugh G Rection's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Spartacus Thracian!
Spartacus Thracian decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
