Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ba Lil I (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kain Highwind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Highwind pushes Lil I away with a front kick.
Highwind connects with a solid leg kick.
Lil I shoots in looking for a takedown. Highwind tries to sprawl out of it but Lil I keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Highwind manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lil I misses with an uppercut.
Lil I works Highwind's body with a nice hook.
Lil I throws an overhand right that lands on Highwind's shoulder, as Highwind tries to avoid the shot.

Lil I is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Highwind defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Lil I on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Highwind. Highwind obviously looking to wear him down.
Lil I shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Highwind as he jumps to the side.
Highwind throws a push kick but Lil I slaps the foot to one side.
Kain Highwind seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Highwind lands a body shot.
Lil I displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Highwind throws out the jab.
Lil I closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Highwind quickly recovers to half guard.

Highwind is looking to improve his position.

Lil I is looking for a kimura but Highwind is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lil I to get the leverage.

Lil I has hold of Highwind's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Highwind manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Lil I goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Highwind turns into him and now he's in Lil I's guard.
Highwind slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Lil I.

Lil I is staying active underneath Highwind, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Highwind lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Lil I with the ground and pound but Highwind regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Highwind is controlling Lil I's trapped leg to prevent Lil I from advancing to side control.

Highwind manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lil I manages to get himself to full guard.
Ba Lil I overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Lil I keeping moving, preventing Highwind from controlling successfully.
Lil I is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Highwind defends well.

Highwind avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lil I controls Highwind momentarily but Highwind frees himself.

Lil I throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Highwind stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lil I swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Highwind postures up.
Lil I has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Highwind is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Lil I.
Lil I is not content to let Highwind control the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lil I is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

That was a close round but Ba Lil I did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Lil I takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Highwind turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

and Lil I counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Highwind!

Lil I working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Highwind turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Lil I off and cradles Highwind's limp body as Lil I celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 4, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Ba Lil I!

Ba Lil I very nearly forgot to thank Reaper Combatwear amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
