Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Icaro Asas!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asas throws a chopping leg kick but Muscle manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Asas enables Muscle to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Asas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Muscle postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Asas is looking to stand up but Muscle isn't so interested in that idea.
Asas is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Muscle dives into side control.
Muscle works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Asas is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Muscle has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Muscle lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Asas wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
