The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Larssen tries to sprawl but Kazee drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Larssen gets back to full guard.
Kazee looking to sit in guard and control but Larssen gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Kazee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Larssen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Larssen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kazee is keeping the position for now.
Larssen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Larssen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kazee on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Larssen passes Kazee's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Larssen is keen to just control but Kazee is a slippery customer.

Kazee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Larssen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Larssen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kazee controls Larssen momentarily but Larssen frees himself.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Kazee looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Larssen wanted to stand there but Kazee had control of the position.
Larssen slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Niklas Larssen.

Larssen shoots in and gets a takedown into Kazee's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Larssen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Larssen is looking to take a break and control but Kazee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Larssen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Larssen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Larssen is trying to control the action in half guard but Kazee is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Larssen is really struggling to control Kazee but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Kazee is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Larssen's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Larssen's back!
Larssen is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Kazee.

Kazee throws a strike but Larssen rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Kazee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kazee works his way into full mount!

Larssen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kazee misses with a head shot.

Kazee goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Larssen turns into him and now he's in Kazee's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kazee looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Larssen is defending well. Kazee quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Larssen has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Kazee celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
