Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clifford Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitrius Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lil'Wayne - John kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dimitrius Sanchez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a big shot that misses.
Sanchez stuns Smith with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Smith fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sanchez.
Sanchez slips under a jab from Smith.
Smith lands a jab to the head.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Smith, right into the meat.
Smith connects with the punch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A jab from Sanchez misses.
Smith digs a good body shot into Sanchez's ribs.
Nice jab there from Smith.
Sanchez misses with a few strikes there.
Sanchez throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Smith slips under a jab from Sanchez.
Smith ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sanchez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Sanchez looks to land a combination but Smith avoids it well.
Smith gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Sanchez tries to buck Smith off but Smith is having none of it.
Smith lands some shots froms side control.
Smith connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sanchez some visible discomfort.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Sanchez is rocked!
Smith cracks Sanchez with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Smith immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Sanchez is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Smith!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Clifford Smith!
