Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frankestein Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lincoln Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mir might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to STOMP!!! by The Brothers Johnson!!!. The crowd seem to be enjoying Aldo's choice of entrance music: Domination. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir gets a double leg takedown into Aldo's guard.
Mir stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Aldo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mir slips nicely into half guard.
Mir winds up and cracks Aldo with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Mir has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Mir has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mir goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Aldo turns into him and now he's in Mir's guard.
Mir is pulling down on Aldo's head to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aldo trying to control the position from guard on top but Mir is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Aldo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mir kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Mir has his feet on Aldo's thighs here. He's pushed Aldo off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Aldo screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Frankestein Mir thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
