Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sub Mission (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sub Mission! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Turner! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mission's waist but Mission gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Turner off to one side. Turner gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Mission is stalling in the full guard. Mission's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Mission really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mission wants to pass the guard but Turner is keeping the position. Turner looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mission is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Turner is on top in guard.
Turner sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mission's guard. Mission desperately trying to maintain half guard. Turner is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mission is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Turner wants to work for an arm triangle but Mission is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Turner is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mission defends it well. Mission trying to control here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Turner is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mission! Turner looks gassed! Turner moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Mission has worked his arm free - good work by Mission!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Mission is trying to control Turner's posture but Turner avoids it. Turner tries to move to full mount but Mission actually manages to regain half guard. Turner looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Turner moves into full mount! Mission won't be happy about that! Mission tries to hold on but Turner pushes him away. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Turner wants to take Mission's back here but Mission is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Turner is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Mission has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Mission! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sub Mission dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Turner has his takedown stuffed and Mission decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Turner's guard. Turner wants to sweep but no luck. Mission avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Turner looking for a sweep. Not yet Turner, not yet. Mission trying to control the position from guard on top but Turner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mission showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Turner is breathing heavily. Turner throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mission stopping the sweep attempt from Turner. Turner being controlled here, momentarily. Mission wants to control from the top but Turner keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Turner has his foot on Mission's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mission works his way back into a safe position though.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mission looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Turner moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Turner working for a triangle but Mission defends it easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Mission trying to control the position from guard on top but Turner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Turner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mission can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Turner escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mission gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Turner looking for a guillotine here but Mission defends easily.
Mission is pushing down on Turner's leg trying to pass to half guard. Turner is fighting to maintain full guard but Mission has managed to sneak the leg through. Turner looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Turner is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mission's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mission's back! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Sub Mission will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Mission's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Turner tries to escape but Mission has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Turner tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Turner bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Mission is pulling down on Turner's head. It's preventing any offense from Turner, at least for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Turner trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mission is trying to control the position but Turner postures up. Turner tries to free his leg and advance position but Mission is retaining full guard. Mission has control of Turner's left arm, preventing Turner from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mission is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Turner, into his guard. Mission is stalling in the full guard. Mission has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Turner to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mission is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Turner pulls down on the head and he's put Mission to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Chris Turner!
