Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrew McRaylen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfredo Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez has chosen The Knock Out Song as his entrance music. Alfredo Sanchez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alfredo Sanchez!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez fails to land with a series of punches.
McRaylen shoots for a double leg takedown but Sanchez sprawls well. He's pushed McRaylen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sanchez throws a series of punches but McRaylen moves out of range.

McRaylen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sanchez lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

McRaylen takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A punch lands to the side of McRaylen 's head but he takes it in his stride.

McRaylen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sanchez lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

McRaylen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sanchez sprawls well initially but McRaylen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
McRaylen tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Sanchez.

McRaylen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sanchez's guard.

McRaylen wants to stand up but Sanchez is controlling him.

McRaylen uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Sanchez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McRaylen's waist but McRaylen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sanchez off to one side.
Sanchez shoots in but no luck this time.

McRaylen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sanchez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Sanchez lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
McRaylen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
