20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Radon Randell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Esposito! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randell feints and then cracks Esposito's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Esposito down. Esposito forces Randell back against the cage and clinches. Randell misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Randell throws a head punch that misses. Randell cracks Esposito with a nice body shot. Randell tries to throw a body punch but Esposito avoids it by throwing Randell back against the cage. Esposito creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Randell's defenses. Esposito lands a nice uppercut. Randell misses with a hook to the ribs.

Esposito throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Randells head. Esposito lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Esposito lands with a short punch from the clinch.

and Esposito counters with a nice body shot. Randell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. That kick from Randell tenderised Esposito's leg. Esposito is trying to keep his angry face on. A solid leg kick lands there for Randell.

Randell misses with a low kick. Esposito is looking to land body kicks. Frank Esposito is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Randell steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Esposito. Esposito thows a leg kick but Randell checks it and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Esposito checks a leg kick. Esposito ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Randell jabbing away but nothing is landing. Randell circles away from the clinch attempt.
Esposito clinches. Esposito tries to land knees in the clinch but Randell avoids the damage to the body. Randell swings wildly with an uppercut but Esposito uses good head movement to avoid it. Esposito tries to throw a body punch but Randell avoids it by throwing Esposito back against the cage. Esposito prevents a body shot from Randell. Esposito lands an uppercut.

Esposito is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Randell is keeping busy. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Randell wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. A battle for position here, against the cage. Esposito with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Randell is trying to maintain a safe position but Esposito gets an underhook and turns Randell into the cage. Randell is trying to break the clinch but Esposito has him pressed against the cage. Esposito misses with a punch to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Randell lands a body shot in the clinch.

Randell gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Esposito regains guard.
Esposito wants to hit a switch here but Randell passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Esposito there! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Radon Randell will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

and Randell counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Randell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Randell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Esposito throws a half hearted mid kick. A clash of legs there as Randell blocks the low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randell lands a really nice looking cross but Esposito seems unphased.
Esposito throws a jab but it's blocked by Randell. A leg kick checked by Esposito. Esposito stuffs the takedown attempt from Randell. Randell gets slowly back to his feet. Randell misses with an uppercut. Esposito is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Randell rather than just go for the knockout. Randell defending well as Esposito loads up on a big left hand. Esposito looks to throw a body kick and Randell counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Randell takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Nice straight punches there by Esposito. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Esposito.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Randell throws a poor cross that misses
and Esposito counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Randell uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Esposito. Esposito throws a low kick but it's checked well by Randell. Esposito fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Randell. Esposito throws a push kick but Randell slaps the foot to one side. A chopping leg kick lands by Randell. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Esposito thows a leg kick but Randell checks it and Randell counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Esposito is looking to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Randell has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Randell unloads with some shots from mount but Esposito bucks and avoids them well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Esposito is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Randell postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Esposito looks a forlorn figure.
It looks like Frank Esposito has been cut. Randell thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Randell can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Esposito is looking to escape. Randell looking to finish with strikes here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Randell punching from mount but Esposito doing a good job of avoiding damage. Randell throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Esposito in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
That has opened up Frank Esposito's cut even more. Randell landing strikes from the mount.
The cut above Frank Esposito's eye is starting to cause him problems now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Randell throws some wild stikes that Esposito manages to avoid easily.
Randell thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Randell throws a strike there. Esposito manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.

Radon Randell dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Frank Esposito's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Esposito throws a wild body kick that Randell sees coming a mile off. Randell slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Randell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Esposito defends it nicely. Randell moves away from the strike by Esposito. Esposito throws an overhand right that lands on Randell's shoulder, as Randell tries to avoid the shot.

and Randell counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Esposito scores with a spinning back kick! Esposito is looking to clinch but Randell is avoiding it.
Randell fails to land the takedown. Randell swings for the body but Esposito moves out of range.
Esposito misses with a body kick. Esposito lands with a nice combination. Randell backs away looking to recover. Esposito connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Esposito moves out of range of the body kick from Randell.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Randell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Esposito was well out of range. Poor timing from Randell. Randell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Esposito manages to avoid it. Randell looks to land a right hand but Esposito moved out of range. Frank Esposito has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Randell changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Esposito tries to avoid it but Randell manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Esposito to the ground. Esposito escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Radon Randell. That's going to take a lot out of him. A decent looking cross lands there for Esposito. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Randell takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Randell is rocked! Esposito shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Randell takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Esposito sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Randell bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
