Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Papa Doc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curt Hennig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doc comes into the arena with Matisyahu- Refuge blaring out of the sound system. Curt Hennig has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Doc lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hennig doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Curt Hennig has been cut.
Hennig throws a head kick that misses.
Hennig looks to throw the jab but Doc is out of range.
Doc moves out of range of the body kick from Hennig.
Hennig fails with a takedown attempt.
Hennig looks to score with a jab to the body but Doc is just out of range.
Doc lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Doc misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hennig.
Hennig throws a low kick but it's checked well by Doc.

Doc throws a combination. Hennig tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Curt Hennig seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hennig looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Doc!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
