Baramari kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is WOODKID - Iron. 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edilson Rubiera! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rubiera keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Rubiera takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Edilson Rubiera has been cut. Baramari leaves Rubiera with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. A head kick misses from Baramari. Rubiera takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Baramari tries to sprawl but Rubiera drives through with a takedown into half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Baramari is trying to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Rubiera will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Baramari stuffs the takedown attempt from Rubiera. Rubiera gets slowly back to his feet. Baramari throws out a leg kick but Rubiera moves out of range and Baramari only half commits. Baramari lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Baramari lands a nice leg kick that just misses Rubiera's sensitive parts. Good leg kick by Baramari there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A slapping body kick lands there for Baramari. Rubiera on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Baramari lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Baramari throws a head kick that misses. Baramari throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Baramari lands a big head kick that sends Rubiera tumbling to the mat! Baramari takes a step backwards and waves Rubiera back to his feet - he wants the finish! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Baramari, right into the meat.

That has opened up Edilson Rubiera's cut even more. Whack! Baramari lands a heavy head kick that drops Rubiera. The ref tackles Baramari to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Rubiera was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Bob Baramari! Bob Baramari decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
