Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andres Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dino Myte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Left hook, right uppercut from Myte.
It looks like Andres Chavez has been cut. Myte lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Chavez keeps Myte at a distance using the push kick. Chavez throws a head kick that Myte semi-blocks.
Chavez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Myte is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chavez is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Myte is still on wobbly legs! Can Chavez finish him? Chavez loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Myte seems to have recovered his senses. Chavez looking to pass the guard. Chavez drops back looking for a leg! Myte is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Myte manages to kick Chavez off! Chavez jumps back into Myte's guard. Chavez advances position into side control! This has been an exciting period of action! Chavez wants to control but Myte is keeping him busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Myte wants to get back to his feet but Chavez drags him back down.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Chavez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Myte's waist but Myte gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chavez off to one side. Chavez is breathing heavily. Chavez shoots in but Myte avoids the takedown attempt easily. Myte takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Myte throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Myte darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Myte throws a series of punches but Chavez moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Chavez has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andres Chavez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Myte connects with a body shot. Nice shot by Myte. Myte fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Myte keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Myte takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Chavez shoots in and drives through. Myte sprawls well. Chavez wants to clinch. Chavez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Myte will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chavez lands a big head kick that sends Myte to the canvas! Chavez follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
