Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dom Divine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pawel Zielinski!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zielinski keeps the fight on the outside.
Divine fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Zielinski, pushing him back against the cage.
Divine with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Divine breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Divine jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Divine bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Zielinski's head.
Zielinski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Whack! Zielinski lands a heavy head kick that drops Divine. The ref tackles Zielinski to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Divine was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Pawel Zielinski!
