Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake The Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucian Wels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wels fails in his attempt to clinch.
The Snake looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Wels throws a head kick but The Snake moves out of range.
Wels pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wels throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Wels shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Wels should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Wels fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Lucian Wels has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Oooooh!!! Wels has knocked The Snake down with a huge combo! Wels steps away and waves a wobbly The Snake back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Wels might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Wels swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
