Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sentinel Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Calypso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calypso has chosen Jedi Mind Tricks - Genghis Khan as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sentinel Prime! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Calypso! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Calypso gets a takedown into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Prime trying to control but Calypso postures up.
Calypso works his way into full mount! Calypso prevents Prime from getting the reversal. Calypso looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Calypso looking to control but Prime is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Calypso landing punches. Calypso breaks from Prime's wrist control and lands an elbow. Calypso can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Prime is looking to escape. Prime keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Calypso trying to control but Prime is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prime is trying desperately to improve position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Calypso controlling from mount. Calypso sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Calypso wants to control the pace but Prime is squirming around nicely. Calypso pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Prime is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Calypso putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Prime tries to hold on but Calypso postures up. Calypso working the ground and pound effectively.
Calypso trying to control but he's not successful this time. Prime is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Calypso has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Calypso prevents Prime from getting the reversal. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Calypso takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Calypso looking to control but Prime is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Calypso misses with a head shot. Calypso lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Prime hang on? Calypso controlling the pace for now. Calypso throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Prime manages to regain half guard. Good work. Calypso is working for a kimura but Prime is defending it quite comfortably.

Jack Calypso dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Calypso drives through with a takedown into guard. Calypso stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Prime swivels though and keeps the full guard. Calypso throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Prime works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Calypso stays in close to Prime's body and controls the position. Calypso connects with a couple of short punches. Calypso trying to control but Prime is working from the bottom. Prime avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Calypso accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Calypso showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Prime keeping moving, preventing Calypso from controlling successfully. Calypso has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Prime is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Calypso pushing down on Prime's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Calypso not doing much here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Calypso missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Calypso is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Prime is looking to improve his position.
Calypso frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Calypso putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Prime sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Prime trying to control but Calypso postures up.
Prime might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prime is pressing down on Calypso's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Calypso postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Prime is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Prime keeping full guard, as Calypso tries to pass. Calypso trying to control the position from guard on top but Prime is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Prime avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Calypso pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Prime is keeping the position for now. Calypso wants to control from the top but Prime keeps moving. Calypso pushing down on Prime's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Prime is trying to control but can't.
Calypso passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Prime! Prime is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Calypso locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Prime is forced to tap!
