Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mr Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gilbert Schilt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schilt has chosen The Who - Baba O'Riley as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Gold! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
28 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gilbert Schilt! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gold tried to score with a low kick but Schilt checks it. Gold throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Schilt misses with the combination.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Schilt, as that shot connected.
Schilt ducks under a wild hook from Gold. Schilt lands with a good body shot. Schilt cracks Gold with a good jab. Schilt avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Gold thows a body shot but no joy. Mr Gold seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gold takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Gold takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Mr Gold has been cut. A slow jab from Gold misses its intended target. Schilt clobbers Gold with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Gold takes a jab right on the kisser.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schilt moves out of range of the leg kick from Gold. Gold looks to score with a jab to the body but Schilt is just out of range. Gold tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schilt scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Gilbert Schilt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gold lands with a nice body punch. That kick from Schilt tenderised Gold's leg. Gold is trying to keep his angry face on. Schilt lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Gold throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Schilt sees it coming and avoids it easily. Gold misses with an uppercut. Schilt thuds his right hand into Gold's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Schilt tries to bum rush Gold with a series of wild strikes but Gold uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gold misses with a left hand and Schilt cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Schilt fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gold misses with a low kick.
Gold has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Schilt. A punch combination from Schilt misses. Schilt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gold throws an off balance right hand
and Schilt counters with a solid body kick. Gold is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Schilt's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Gold takes one on the button. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gold uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Schilt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Schilt chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gold shoots for a takedown but Schilt saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Schilt fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gold checks it well. Schilt throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Schilt has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Gold throws the left hand but Schilt avoids the punch easily. Schilt scores with a head kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Schilt ducks under a wild hook from Gold. Schilt thumps Gold with a low kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gilbert Schilt dominated that round. The cut man is working on Mr Gold's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Gold moves away from the strike by Schilt. Schilt misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gold throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gold misses with a hook. Schilt ducked under it nicely. Schilt misses with a wild combination.
Some bone on bone action there as Schilt checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Gold uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Schilt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gold misses with a straight right. Gold ducks under a wild hook from Schilt. Schilt pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gold checks a leg kick. Schilt scores with a head kick.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Gold might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Gold misses with a leg kick. Schilt misses with a looping right. Gold looks to score with a jab to the body but Schilt is just out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schilt throws a push kick but Gold slaps the foot to one side. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Nice uppercut lands for Schilt. That snapped Gold's head back.
Gold throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Schilt sees it coming and avoids it easily. Gold misses with a lunging right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Gold swinging wildly here.
Schilt is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Nice shot by Schilt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Decent striking displayed by Schilt there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schilt steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gold. Jab, jab by Schilt - just one landing. Schilt lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Gold throws a leg kick that is checked and Schilt counters with a good low kick that Gold was not able to check. Gold misses with a double jab.
Sloppy strikes from Schilt. Those never looked like landing. A looping hook to the body misses from Gold. Schilt does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gold scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The fighters circling - Schilt throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Gold takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A decent looking cross lands there for Schilt. Gold goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Schilt scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gold in his tracks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A telegraphed right hand from Gold misses the target. Gold misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gilbert Schilt showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Mr Gold's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Good work by Schilt as he checks the leg kick. Schilt dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Gold with a poor takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Schilt thumps Gold with a low kick. Gold throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Schilt counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Jab from Schilt. A nice inside leg kick there by Schilt. That's going to slow Gold down. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Schilt goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schilt throws out a powerful jab. Schilt connects with a single shot there. Schilt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gold. Gold throws a jab when Schilt was well out of range. Gold will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Schilt throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gold. Schilt keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Schilt tries to land a front kick but Gold steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gold takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Gold falls off balance throwing a combination
and Schilt connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Gold thows a leg kick but Schilt checks it enabling Schilt to counter with a crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schilt goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Schilt throws a push kick but Gold slaps the foot to one side. Gold looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Schilt scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gold throws a leg kick that is checked and Schilt counters with a lovely straight right hand! Jab, jab by Schilt - just one landing. Gold comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Gold throws a sloppy head kick and Schilt moves out of range easily. Gold fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Schilt. Schilt misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Schilt avoids the head kick by Gold.
Mr Gold has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Schilt defending well as Gold loads up on a big left hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gold throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Schilt. Gold throws an off balance right hand
letting Schilt counter with a right hand. Schilt scores with a jab. Gold acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gold moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Schilt lands with a thumping leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Schilt throws a sloppy head kick and Gold moves out of range easily. Schilt misses with a double jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Gilbert Schilt comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Schilt has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
