The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mindzatti throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Mindzatti takes a kick to the side of the head.
Gals lands with an overhand left.
Some bone on bone action there as Mindzatti checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Gals lands a head kick. Mindzatti smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Mindzatti shoots and misses
and Gals counters with a nice uppercut.
Gals throws out a leg kick but Mindzatti moves out of range and Gals only half commits.
Mindzatti misses with a takedown
and Gals counters with an inside leg kick.
Mindzatti with a poor takedown
and Gals connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Georgio Mindzatti. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Gals lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Gals lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Gals.
Gals dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mindzatti. That did some damage!

Gals does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Good leg kick by Gals there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Mindzatti. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Gals scores with a head kick. Mindzatti tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Gals connects with a leg kick. Mindzatti looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Oh Mindzatti is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gals seems to be stalking Mindzatti here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Mindzatti drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
