The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrei Arlovski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Andrei Arlovski tries for a takedown but Opp sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Andrei Arlovski is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Opp's half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Opp moves into full guard.

Opp paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Opp throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Andrei Arlovski on the side of the head.

Opp digs a good body shot into Andrei Arlovski's ribs.
Opp lands a slapping body shot.
Andrei Arlovski uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Opp.
Opp misses with a few strikes there.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Andrei Arlovski ducks right into an uppercut from Opp.
Andrei Arlovski takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Andrei Arlovski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Opp's waist but Opp gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andrei Arlovski off to one side.

Opp thows a left - swing and a miss!
Holda Opp seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Opp drops Andrei Arlovski with a straight right hand, right on the button! Opp follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
