Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bruce Lee Chan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Japanese King! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee Chan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Japanese King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee Chan fails with the takedown. King scores with a jab to the head.
King misses with a few strikes there.
Lee Chan slips a jab and a cross from King.
Lee Chan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but King was well out of range. Poor timing from Lee Chan. Lee Chan shoots in looking for a takedown but King manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lee Chan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. King misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

A head kick misses from Lee Chan. Lee Chan throws a solid leg kick but King takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Lee Chan. King closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. King lands a nice elbow from the clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as King takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. King scores with a knee to the head.
King lands a right hand. Lee Chan jumps guard but King turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruce Lee Chan. That's going to take a lot out of him. King lands a nice knee to the body. Lee Chan wants to break the clinch but can't.
King slowing the pace effectively. King's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from King. King thows a body shot but no joy. Lee Chan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lee Chan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King closes the distance and lands a one-two. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lee Chan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? King is fending him off so far but Lee Chan persists. Nope, King circles away and we're back to standing. Lee Chan is breathing heavily. King throws a combination. Lee Chan tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Lee Chan is rocked! King throws a series of punches but Lee Chan avoids them all with ease. Oh Lee Chan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! King ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Lee Chan out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Japanese King!
