Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King has chosen Sway - Level Up as his entrance music. Steve King will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jim Jim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Steve King! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jim swats him away and circles back towards the center. King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
King gets a clinch. King misses with the head strike.
Jim is trying to work for a single leg takedown but King pulls him back up using the underhooks. King is fighting off a takedown attempt but Jim is just too persistent for him and manages to trip King to the mat. King regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Jim postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jim passes easily into side control. Nice work. Jim trying to control the position but King is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jim lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear King down.

Jim throws a strike aimed at the side of King's head but King avoids it well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jim is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt King will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Jim working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Jim creates some space and throws a big elbow, but King sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Sloppy strikes there by Jim.

Jim wants to lay and pray for a moment but King keeps working. Jim tries to score with some ground and pound. King controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jim tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Jim advances nicely into full mount. Jim throws some wild stikes that King manages to avoid easily.
Jim lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The referee warns King that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Jim lands with some strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jim punching from mount but King doing a good job of avoiding damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jim raining down hammerfists from mount. King wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Jim.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

King takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

King is trying to push Jim away but Jim has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. King lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. King has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A head punch on the inside from King fails to land. Jim is looking for a takedown. Jim looking for a takedown. Jim has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. King swings wildly with an uppercut but Jim uses good head movement to avoid it.

King tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jim swats him away and circles back towards the center. Jim takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Jim Jim has been cut. Jim avoids the body shot from King.
Jim Jim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jim blocks a jab. King tries to clinch but Jim moves away and Jim counters with a left to the body. King looks to land a combination but Jim avoids it well. Jim showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from King.
A punch lands to the side of Jim 's head but he takes it in his stride. King lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jim circles away quickly and effectively. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jim moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jim throws a series of punches but King moves out of range.

King lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by King. Jim tries to bum rush King with a series of wild strikes but King uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Donk. King catches Jim right on the button with a cross. Jim throws a right and a left that King avoids nicely. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. King lands a jab-cross combination.

Oh Jim is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! King throws a series of punches but Jim avoids them all with ease. Jim seems to have got his legs back now. King lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jim avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

King darts in and clinches Jim up against the cage. King looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. A head punch blocked on the inside by Jim. King is trying to break the clinch but Jim is controlling him. Jim is trying to drag King to the mat but King just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. With the fighters clinched against the cage, King creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Jim prevents King from breaking the clinch. Jim stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Both fighters are breathing heavily. King throws a nice looking combination but Jim bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. No joy there for King, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jim scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Jim misses with the combination.

And that's the end of the fight! Steve King comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think King has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
