Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shisei looking to score a takedown here. James is defending well but Shisei drives through and ends up in James's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
James is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Shisei trying to control the position from guard on top but James is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
James manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
A nice elbow there by James.
James prevents Shisei from getting the reversal.
Shisei is squirming around, avoiding James's attempts to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
James misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Shisei looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!

James controls the position.

James is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Shisei has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but James has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Shisei taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. James doesn't care though - he's delighted!
