Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suzuki comes to the cage accompanied by Codename 47. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Thiago Suzuki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sid Taylor! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Taylor misses. Suzuki takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Suzuki tries a head kick but it misses.
Suzuki wants to clinch. Taylor shoots in for a takedown but Suzuki shows good takedown defense. Suzuki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Taylor throws a sloppy head kick and Suzuki moves out of range easily. Suzuki throws a jab but it's blocked by Taylor. Suzuki cracks Taylor with an open hand slap. Taylor fails with a takedown attempt. Taylor closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Suzuki quickly recovers to half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Suzuki is looking for a sweep. Taylor is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Taylor sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Suzuki defending well though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suzuki gets full guard. Suzuki wants to sweep here but Taylor controlling him for the moment. Suzuki wants to control but Taylor passes easily into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Suzuki trying to control but Taylor postures up.
Suzuki is pressing down on Taylor's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Suzuki is looking to stand up but Taylor isn't so interested in that idea. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Suzuki holds on and takes a little breather. Suzuki keeping full guard, as Taylor tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Suzuki had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Taylor defends it easily. Suzuki is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Taylor defends well. Taylor stands up over Suzuki, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Suzuki is pulling down on Taylor's head to control his posture. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Suzuki is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Taylor frees his head nicely. Oh but Suzuki has switched to an armbar! Taylor is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Thiago Suzuki! An out of breath Thiago Suzuki thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
