Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Master Blaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walker Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaster kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Number of The Beast - Iron Maiden. And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walker Patton!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaster misses with a takedown attempt - Patton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Blaster closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Blaster scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blaster is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Patton is just riding it out for now. Blaster eventually gives up the hold.
Patton tries to roll over but Blaster keeps him under control.
Blaster is thwarting Patton's attempts to control the position.
Patton wants to get back to full guard.
Blaster has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Patton defend it? Blaster steps over the head and cranks it - Patton is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Blaster!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Master Blaster!
A very excited looking Master Blaster made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
