Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ati Kon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jon Jones will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ati Kon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jon Jones! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones shoots in but Kon avoids the takedown attempt easily. No luck with that takedown attempt from Kon. Kon closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Kon pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kon tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kon to the ground. Kon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kon connects with a single shot there. Jones shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ati Kon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Jones. Jones avoids the body shot from Kon.
Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Kon, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Kon against the cage but Kon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jones fails to land the takedown. Kon avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jones quickly recovers to half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! It looks like Kon is going to stand back up.
Kon is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Jones actively working from the bottom here. Jones looks gassed! Kon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jones does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Kon landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Jones is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kon pulls his head out easily. Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jones on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Kon decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Kon fails in his attempt to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A chopping leg kick lands by Kon. Kon slaps away a takedown attempt from Jones, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kon closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jones did well to prevent Kon getting side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kon is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kon connects with a nice short shot to Jones's temple. Kon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jones keeps working. Kon seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jones tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Kon manages to move to mount!
Kon controlling from mount. Kon trying to control but he's not successful this time. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth. Jones throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kon tries to get the hooks in deep but Jones pushed the leg off. Kon is punishing Jones with some ground and pound. Jones looking very determined here, making life difficult for Kon.
Kon working for a choke but Jones is defending well. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kon working for a choke but Jones is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ati Kon dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Kon moves into the clinch successfully.
Jones can't get the takedown.
Kon jumps into guard, dragging Jones to the mat.
Kon lands an upkick as Jones stands over him. Kon throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Kon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kon has his hands on Jones's head, controlling the position. Jones postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones stops Kon from standing up. Jones postures up in Kon's guard and throws a big left but Kon blocks it. Kon looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Jones would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Jones drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kon dives on top into guard. Jones trying to keep a closed guard but Kon is proving a slippery customer.
Kon trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones wants to control but Kon passes easily into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kon looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Kon is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jones sees it coming and defends easily. Jones is defending against the submission attempts here by Kon.
Kon performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Jones slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kon trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Jones is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Jones is breathing heavily. Kon wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. Ati Kon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Kon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kon chips away with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kon lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Jones is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kon with a nice head shot there. Kon trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Kon controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Jones looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kon has picked Jones up and slammed him! Jones can't keep hold of the triangle and Kon manages to pass to side control! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kon takes a little break here. Jones wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ati Kon dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Kon moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Jones is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Nice takedown defense from Jones. No joy for Kon on that attempt. Jones scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Kon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jones is working away from the top position though. Jones trying to control from Kon's half guard. Kon has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Jones slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Kon struggling a bit here. An elbow from Jones crashes against the mat.
Jones takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kon is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Jones's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Jones looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kon is trying to control but can't.

Kon is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Jones rolls with it to try and escape but Kon cranks on the arm and Jones is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
