Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Paolo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joseph Paolo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stanley Stone! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Paolo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Stone is in Paolo's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Paolo looking for a sweep. Not yet Paolo, not yet. Stone throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Paolo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Paolo is looking for a triangle but Stone pushes his legs off easily.
Paolo wants to sweep here but Stone controlling him for the moment. Paolo throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Stone trying to control but Paolo is working from the bottom. Stone is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Paolo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Stone throwing strikes but missing. Paolo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone preventing the sweep. Stone trying to stand up but can't free himself from Paolo's guard. Stone postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Paolo is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Stone, into his guard. Paolo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Paolo wants to pass the guard but Stone is keeping the position. Stone is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Paolo throws an elbow that misses. Stone uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Paolo's guard. Nice move by Stone! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Stone preventing the sweep. Paolo trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Paolo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Paolo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stone gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Stone gets in close and instigates a clinch. Paolo is trying to break free. Stone works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paolo trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Paolo wants to sweep but no luck. Paolo trying to keep a closed guard but Stone is proving a slippery customer.
Paolo is really struggling to control Stone but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Joseph Paolo has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Paolo finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Stone blocks a jab. Stone scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Stone working away. Paolo is looking to reverse the position. Paolo can't do much from the bottom here. Paolo trying to remain calm as Stone controls from the top position. Stone avoids the strikes from the bottom by Paolo. Paolo is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Paolo strikes from the bottom but Stone takes advantage and advances to full mount! Paolo throwing hammer fists to the chest of Stone. What's that going to do exactly? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Stanley Stone will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Paolo throws out a leg kick but Stone moves out of range and Paolo only half commits. Paolo misses with a looping right. Paolo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Stone avoids it really well and circles away. Stone shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Paolo tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Stanley Stone has got the better of the ground game so far. Paolo misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Stone seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Paolo is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
