The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kann is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Azure.
Azure scores with a jab. Kann acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kann. Azure does a little dance to reset his feet.
Good standup being displayed there by Kann as he connects with a hook.
Azure moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kann checks the leg kick.
Kann with a poor takedown
and Azure counters with a good low kick that Kann was not able to check.
Azure getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Kann shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Keast Kann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kann looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Azure shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Kann tries to get to full guard but Azure has control of the leg.
Kann is still in real trouble! Can Azure finish him?
Azure landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Azure scores with a big shot! Kann's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Kann! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
