Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rich Fronning!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Rackham!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rackham feints and as Fronning raises his hands in defense, Rackham changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Rackham is working Fronning over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Rackham stays in close to Fronning's body and controls the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Rackham's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Rackham cracks Fronning with a solid left hand.
Rackham working some strikes from top position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fronning keeping moving, preventing Rackham from controlling successfully.
Rackham loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Rackham throwing strikes from guard but Fronning blocks nicely.

Rackham distracts Fronning with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Rackham is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Rackham postures up in Fronning's guard and throws a big left but Fronning blocks it.
Rackham trying to control but Fronning is working from the bottom.
Rackham with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Rackham not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Rackham postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Fronning is breathing heavily.
Fronning keeping full guard, as Rackham tries to pass.

Rackham has gone for a leg lock! Fronning slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rackham's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rackham tries to land a sweep but no joy.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rackham trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Rackham escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fronning gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rackham holds on and takes a little breather.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Rackham's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Jack Rackham has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Good leg kick by Rackham there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Rackham closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fronning quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rackham in particular looking to stall.
This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rackham lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rackham not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Rackham dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Rackham drops Fronning with a beautiful combination! Fronning stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rackham is looking for the KO!


It looks like Rich Fronning has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rackham fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Oooooh!!! Rackham has knocked Fronning down with a huge combo! Rackham steps away and waves a wobbly Fronning back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Fronning is rocked!
Rackham is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Rackham shuts the power down on Fronning. Lights out, game over! Rackham is your winner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jack Rackham!
Jack Rackham gave a mention to Torment Fightwear in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
