Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Tennant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valravn Solefald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Solefald is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Valravn - Koder På Snor. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tennant gets caught napping as Solefald dives in and scores a takedown. Tennant manages to retain guard.

Solefald shoots in for a double leg but Tennant sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tennant can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Solefald controls the pace.

The cut above Valravn Solefald's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Valravn Solefald's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Solefald throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tennant's waist but Tennant gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Solefald off to one side.
Solefald shoots in looking for a takedown. Tennant tries to sprawl out of it but Solefald keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tennant manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
