Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Guilherme Fonseca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Guilherme Fonseca! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Joe! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe shoots in looking for a takedown. Fonseca tries to sprawl out of it but Joe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fonseca manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Joe tries to sprawl but Fonseca drives through with a takedown into half guard. Joe keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Fonseca is looking to stall here but Joe recovers full guard. Fonseca stops Joe from standing up. Fonseca trying to control but Joe is working from the bottom. Joe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fonseca postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fonseca postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Joe not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Joe escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fonseca gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Joe looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fonseca trying to control but Joe is working from the bottom. Joe looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fonseca seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Fonseca wants to control from the top but Joe keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fonseca postures up.
Fonseca slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Guilherme Fonseca wasn't doing enough on the ground. Nice sprawl there from Joe as Fonseca shoots in. Joe slaps away a takedown attempt from Fonseca, before circling back to the center of the mat. Joe throws a head kick that misses. Fonseca wants to clinch. Fonseca drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The strikes coming from Fonseca are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Joe manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Joe trying to hold on to Fonseca's head to control him but Fonseca postures up.
Joe wants to get back to full guard but Fonseca has mounted him! Fonseca dominating with strikes here. Joe is wriggling around trying to escape.
Fonseca cracks Joe with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Fonseca takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fonseca with the ground and pound from mount. Joe looks gassed! Fonseca scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Joe?
Fonseca tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Fonseca avoids the attempt from Joe to control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fonseca is landing with some decent strikes but Joe is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Fonseca looking to control but Joe is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Joe wants to control but Fonseca is having none of it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fonseca prevents Joe from getting the reversal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Guilherme Fonseca dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Fonseca tries for a takedown but Joe sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Joe looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Fonseca looks like he's trying to stand up.
Joe content to control rather than advance. Joe wants to take a breather but Fonseca is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe looks to land a strike but Fonseca avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Fonseca wants to stand but Joe is controlling the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jon Joe was stalling too much, according to the referee. Joe tries to clinch there but Fonseca circles away.
Fonseca has his takedown stuffed and Joe counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Fonseca! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Joe is landing with some decent strikes but Fonseca is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Joe controlling from mount. Joe working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe throws some wild stikes that Fonseca manages to avoid easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Joe postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Fonseca looks a forlorn figure.
Joe looking to control but Fonseca is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joe landing punches. Joe goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Fonseca is on top in guard.
Joe working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Fonseca. Joe working a defensive guard but Fonseca manages to pass into side control anyway.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Joe is looking to regain half guard here but Fonseca keeps moving and retains side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fonseca lands an elbow. Fonseca looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Joe is avoiding damage well.
Joe is trying to get back to half guard. Joe is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Joe tries to improve position but can't. Joe is pushing Fonseca's head away, looking to escape. Fonseca manages to hold on to the position though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Joe wants to control but Fonseca postures up. Fonseca is working Joe over with some ground and pound from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Joe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Joe is defending well but Fonseca drives through and ends up in Joe's guard. Joe wants to get back to his feet but Fonseca is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Fonseca trying to control the position from guard on top but Joe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fonseca stopping the sweep attempt from Joe. Fonseca advances to half guard. Joe takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Joe punching from the bottom.
Fonseca has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fonseca is trying to control. Joe wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Fonseca lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Guilherme Fonseca overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fonseca seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Joe does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Joe wants to improve his position but Fonseca is controlling well.
Fonseca trying to control the action but Joe is working from the bottom. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Fonseca lands a nice short elbow. Joe has his hands clasped together around Fonseca's back. He's all about the action. Joe is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fonseca's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fonseca's back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe controlling the position well here. Fonseca rolled but Joe kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Joe throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. Joe missing with punches from the back. Joe wants to control the position but Fonseca frees himself and scrambles - Joe manages to regain control in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fonseca defending against the ground and pound. Joe tries to advance to mount but Fonseca denies him. Fonseca is looking to get back to his feet here but Joe is keeping cool and he's managed to take Fonseca's back. Fonseca is trying to get back to his feet but Joe has full control of the position and if anything, Fonseca has just worked his way into a worse spot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Joe keeps control of the position easily here as Fonseca tries to buck him off.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Jon Joe. I think Joe has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
