Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cice Salace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Marsden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Cice Salace! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Roger Marsden! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Salace walks into a left hand. Marsden scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Marsden swings for the body but Salace moves out of range.
Marsden lands a jab. Salace is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Marsden. Roger Marsden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Marsden swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Salace looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Marsden misses with a shot to the body so Salace counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Salace lands a couple of decent looking shots. Salace tries to free his leg and advance position but Marsden is retaining full guard. Marsden is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Salace defends well. Marsden has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Salace is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Marsden.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salace looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Salace is trying to get an arm triangle but Marsden is defending well. Marsden wants to get back to his feet. Marsden gets back to half guard. Salace is trying to work for a kimura but Marsden is defending well.
Marsden is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Salace seems to be working for a kimura but Marsden defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marsden is looking to escape. Marsden is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Marsden actively working from the bottom here. Salace drops an elbow to the side of Marsden's head. Salace is trying to work for a kimura but Marsden is defending well.
Marsden looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Salace has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Marsden tries to reverse the position but Salace maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marsden is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Salace looking for a guillotine from mount but Marsden is having none of it. Marsden is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Salace postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Marsden looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marsden tries to buck Salace off but he can't manage it. Salace is working for a guillotine from mount but Marsden frees his head quite easily.

Salace scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Marsden tries to improve his position but instead Salace has taken his back! Salace looking to break Marsden's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Marsden remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Salace will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Marsden is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Salace off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Marsden is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Marsden manages to reverse the position and now he's in Salace's guard. Nice work there by Marsden.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marsden tries to stand but Salace is controlling from the bottom. Marsden wants to pass the guard but Salace is keeping the position. Marsden is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Salace escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Marsden gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Salace might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Salace avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Salace is looking for a triangle here but Marsden uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Salace gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Marsden is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Cice Salace will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Marsden does no damage. Marsden is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Salace misses with a takedown attempt - Marsden sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Marsden jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Salace uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Marsden.

Salace fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Marsden avoids it really well and circles away. Marsden misses with a series of wild punches.

Marsden scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. No luck for Salace with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cice Salace. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marsden lands a head shot. Roger Marsden seems to be getting the better of the standup. Marsden digs a good hook to Salace's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Marsden fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Salace looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marsden looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Marsden lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Salace tries for a takedown but Marsden circles away easily and Marsden counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Salace is trying hard to land a takedown here. Marsden sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Marsden lands with a good body shot. Salace has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Marsden throws a series of punches but Salace avoids them all with ease. Marsden ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Marsden moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Salace doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Marsden connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Salace momentarily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Salace takes one on the button. Marsden works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Salace rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marsden moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Marsden's jab looks to have found its range, popping Salace under the eye. Marsden lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jab from Marsden. Salace has his takedown stuffed and Marsden counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roger Marsden showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Marsden lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Salace circles away quickly and effectively. Marsden just misses with a punch to the body.

Marsden scores with a jab. Cice Salace is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Marsden paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Salace looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Marsden scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A shot to the liver by Marsden. Beautiful body shot. Salace takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Marsden displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Marsden, as that shot connected.
Salace lands with an uppercut that bounces Marsden off the cage and back into range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marsden connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A punch lands to the side of Salace 's head but he takes it in his stride. This has been an exciting period of action! Marsden uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Salace.
Roger Marsden is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Marsden feints a jab promting Salace to slip. Marsden then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Salace slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Marsden gets caught flat footed, as Salace shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Marsden throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Salace drops back looking for a leg! Marsden is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Marsden manages to kick Salace off! Salace jumps back into Marsden's guard. Marsden wants to stand and escape but Salace is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marsden utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Cice Salace overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Marsden working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Salace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Salace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Salaceis looking to pass into half guard but Marsden pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Marsden is in guard. Marsden stands up and waves to Salace to follow him. Marsden lands with a good body shot. Marsden scores with a punch to the head. Marsden looks to land a combination but Salace avoids it well. Marsden jabs Salace to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Salace shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Salace was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Marsden's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Marsden tries to get back to half guard but can't. BOOM! Salace connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Marsden is desperately trying to improve his position but Salace has a good base and remains in mount. Salace lands a heavy elbow. Salace working away from the top, dropping strikes. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Marsden is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Salace looking to finish Marsden with some ground and pound. This is bad for Marsden! Salace jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Marsden manages to avoid the submission attempt. Marsden wants to get back to his feet but Salace drags him back down.
And that's the end of the fight! Roger Marsden comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Marsden has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
