Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Cain Dos Santos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Drew Ross! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ross tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dos Santos paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ross throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dos Santos. Dos Santos clobbers Ross with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ross is defended easily by Dos Santos. Ross looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Dos Santos on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dos Santos tries to get out of the position. Dos Santos throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Dos Santos wants to sweep here but Ross controlling him for the moment. Dos Santos pulls Ross in close to his closed guard and prevents Ross from doing any damage or advancing position. Ross wants to pass the guard but Dos Santos is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dos Santos striking from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ross is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Dos Santos could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dos Santos is looking to stand up but Ross isn't so interested in that idea. Dos Santos working a defensive guard here.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dos Santos throws a right and a left that Ross avoids nicely. Ross tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ross avoids a punch combination nicely.

A slapping leg kick lands for Ross.
Ross shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dos Santos pinned against the cage. Dos Santos gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dos Santos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ross was well out of range. Poor timing from Dos Santos. Ross decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dos Santos tries to get to full guard but Ross has control of the leg. Ross with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Dos Santos is staying active underneath Ross, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dos Santos regains full guard. Nicely done. Dos Santos working a defensive guard but Ross passes into half guard.
Dos Santos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ross wants to pass to mount but Dos Santos is defending the position. Dos Santos on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
It looks like Cain Dos Santos has been cut. Ross is trying to control. Dos Santos wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ross prevents Dos Santos from improving his position. Ross tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dos Santos knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Dos Santos trying to control here.
Ross working the head and body with strikes. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dos Santos wants to improve his position but Ross is controlling well.
Dos Santos is doing well to control the position and prevent Ross from advancing to side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drew Ross dominated that round. The cut man is working on Cain Dos Santos's cut. That's time! Dos Santos's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ross throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dos Santos. A punch combination from Dos Santos misses. Ross moves in looking to clinch but Dos Santos pushes him off. Ross throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Ross throws a nice looking combination but Dos Santos bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dos Santos misses with the combination.
Dos Santos changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Dos Santos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ross moves away. Ross closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dos Santos circles away. Dos Santos tries to bum rush Ross with a series of wild strikes but Ross uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ross slaps away a takedown attempt from Dos Santos, before circling back to the center of the mat. Ross tries to clinch up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ross is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jab from Dos Santos. Ross shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dos Santos defends it nicely. Dos Santos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dos Santos closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ross circles away. Ross fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ross misses with a hook. Nice defenses there by Dos Santos. Ross shoots in but no luck this time. Cain Dos Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drew Ross. A leg kick checked by Ross.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ross will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Dos Santos keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Dos Santos shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ross keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ross tries to close the distance and clinch but Dos Santos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nice sprawl there from Ross as Dos Santos shoots in. Dos Santos rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ross moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dos Santos throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dos Santos misses with a hook. Ross ducked under it nicely. Ross fails to land the takedown. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dos Santos on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Dos Santos is looking to wear down Ross with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dos Santos connects with a jab. Dos Santos ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Dos Santos connects with a nice looking jab.
Ross is looking to clinch but Dos Santos is avoiding it.
Dos Santos tries to bum rush Ross with a series of wild strikes but Ross uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ross wants to clinch up but Dos Santos keeps it at a distance. Ross shoots in for a double leg but Dos Santos sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Ross tries to clinch but Dos Santos moves out of range. Ross looking to score a takedown here. Dos Santos is defending well but Ross drives through and ends up in Dos Santos's guard. Ross is breathing heavily. Dos Santos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Ross being controlled here momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ross wants to stand and escape but instead Dos Santos has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dos Santos throws a big right hand that misses. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dos Santos throws a big elbow that misses. Ross keeping full guard, as Dos Santos tries to pass. Dos Santos's corner is telling him to maintain position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cain Dos Santos dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Cain Dos Santos's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Ross shoots in but no luck this time. No luck for Ross with that takedown attempt. Dos Santos displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Dos Santos defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ross. Cain Dos Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drew Ross. Dos Santos throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ross moves into the clinch. Dos Santos tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ross smiles and moves away.
Dos Santos lands a right hook to the body.
Cain Dos Santos is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dos Santos lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Ross moves in looking to clinch but Dos Santos pushes him off. Dos Santos dives in and grabs Ross's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ross pushes down on Dos Santos's head and hops out. Dos Santos looks to throw the jab but Ross is out of range. Ross moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Cain Dos Santos's cut is getting worse. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ross clinches up with Dos Santos and pushes him back against the cage. Ross stalling in the clinch but Dos Santos improves position. Dos Santos is trying to break the clinch but Ross has him pressed against the cage. Ross pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ross looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ross takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Ross fails with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dos Santos shoots in for a takedown but Ross shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dos Santos lands a head shot. Horrible takedown by Ross or perhaps it was just good defense by Dos Santos which made him look bad. Dos Santos throws a body kick that misses. Ross checks a low kick from Dos Santos. Drew Ross seems to be getting the better of the standup. Dos Santos shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ross sprawls well. Ross wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dos Santos gets slowly back to his feet. Dos Santos throws a right hand that Ross ducks under and follows up with a left that Ross also avoids with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ross shoots in looking for a takedown. Dos Santos tries to sprawl out of it but Ross keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dos Santos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ross has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Dos Santos avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ross fails with a takedown attempt. Ross gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Dos Santos throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Ross misses with a takedown attempt - Dos Santos sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Good exchange - Dos Santos coming out on top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dos Santos tries a head kick but it misses.
Ross shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dos Santos as he jumps to the side. Ross defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dos Santos. Dos Santos swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dos Santos lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Dos Santos scores with a jab to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dos Santos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ross fails miserably with a takedown attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ross fails with the takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cain Dos Santos. I think Dos Santos has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by majority decision... Cain Dos Santos! A relieved looking Cain Dos Santos thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
