Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pavosen Heska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Harbor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pavosen Heska! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, James Harbor! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heska throws a low kick, looking for Harbor's leg but Harbor calmly moves out of range. Harbor jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Harbor slips under a jab. Harbor misses the shot to the body. A looping hook to the body misses from Harbor. Heska does a little dance to reset his feet. Heska throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Harbor sees it coming and avoids it easily. Harbor misses the shot to the body. Harbor missing with a left hand there. Heska was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Harbor decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Harbor is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Heska has managed to free his arm - good work. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Harbor is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Heska defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Heska pushes Harbor off looking to stand but Harbor dives back in and keeps control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harbor is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Harbor trying to control the action but Heska is working from the bottom. Heska is defending against the submission attempts here by Harbor.
Harbor is pressing down on Heska's thigh, looking to free his foot. Heska is holding on for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Heska pushes Harbor off looking to stand but Harbor dives back in and keeps control.
Harbor is working for a kimura but Heska is defending it quite comfortably.
Harbor is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Harbor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harbor's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Harbor trying to control but he's not successful this time. Heska tries to lock up and control but Harbor gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Harbor goes for an armbar but Heska turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Heska. Harbor is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harbor bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Heska's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Heska is adopting a defensive guard. Heska keeping full guard, as Harbor tries to pass. Harbor trying to control but Heska is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Harbor stopping the sweep attempt from Heska. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Harbor checks a leg kick nicely. Harbor avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Heska wants to land a leg kick but Harbor is out of range. Harbor connects with a right hand. Heska shakes it off. Heska thuds a left hand into Harbor's body. Harbor throws the left hand but Heska avoids the punch easily. Harbor feints and as Heska raises his hands in defense, Harbor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Heska is looking to stand up but Harbor isn't so interested in that idea. Harbor drops back looking for a leg! Heska is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Heska manages to kick Harbor off! Harbor jumps back into Heska's guard. Heska is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heska can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Harbor controls the pace. Harbor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Heska swivels though and keeps the full guard. Heska wants to stand but Harbor is controlling the position. Heska being controlled here, momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harbor tries to free his leg and advance position but Heska is retaining full guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Harbor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harbor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Harbor content to stall in guard here. Harbor stops Heska from standing up. Harbor is pushing down on Heska's leg trying to pass to half guard. Heska is fighting to maintain full guard but Harbor has managed to sneak the leg through. Harbor moves into full mount! Heska won't be happy about that!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harbor fails to advance to Heska's back. Harbor looking to control but Heska is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Harbor controlling the pace for now. Harbor swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Heska is now in Harbor's guard. A big mistake from Harbor there, giving up the dominant position! Harbor throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harbor pulls Heska in close to prevent any damage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Harbor looking to hit a scissor sweep but Heska is one step ahead there. Heska has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Heska knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Harbor on the ground. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Harbor preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Heska throws a strike but Harbor rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Harbor's corner is telling him to maintain position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Harbor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Heska rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Harbor counters with a straight right hand. Heska fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Harbor checks it well. Harbor misses with a takedown attempt - Heska sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A nice inside leg kick there by Heska. That's going to slow Harbor down. Harbor slips under a jab from Heska. Heska lands a jab to the nose. Harbor shoots in looking for a takedown but Heska manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harbor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Heska is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Harbor's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Heska moves out of range as Harbor strikes. Heska showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Harbor.

and Harbor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Harbor walks into a straight right hand from Heska. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Heska looks to throw the jab but Harbor is out of range. Heska throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heska looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A looping hook to the body misses from Harbor. Heska does a little dance to reset his feet. Harbor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Heska manages to avoid it. Heska lands a nice hook to Harbor's body. Harbor takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Heska finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Heska looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Heska throws a low kick but it's checked well by Harbor. Heska slips a jab from Harbor. Harbor shoots in for a takedown but Heska shows good takedown defense. Pavosen Heska has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Harbor. Heska stalks Harbor and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Harbor's face. Harbor staggers backwards, shaken. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Harbor steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Heska. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Heska lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Harbor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Harbor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Harbor ducks right into an uppercut from Heska. Pavosen Heska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Heska looks to throw the jab but Harbor is out of range. Heska throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Harbor sees it coming and avoids it easily. Heska lands with a right hand. Harbor scores with a takedown into Heska's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harbor is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. That's four minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Harbor has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Heska looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Harbor controls from within his opponent's guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Nice straight punches there by Heska. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Heska. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Heska tries to work over Harbor's front leg with a kick but Harbor checks it. Pavosen Heska has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! James Harbor is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. A swing and a miss from Heska.
