The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolodyjowski pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wolodyjowski throws a sloppy head kick and Faragher moves out of range easily.
Faragher shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Faragher showed some decent athleticism there.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wolodyjowski's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Faragher can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wolodyjowski is looking to escape.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Faragher lands a big shot there that rocks Wolodyjowski but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Faragher has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Wolodyjowski's face.
