Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Quinto Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Fray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Quinto Connor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jason Fray! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fray scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Connor doesn't seem bothered though. Quinto Connor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Connor tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fray paws at him with a jab and circles away. Connor tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Connor tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Fray counters with a three punch combo that has Connor backing up. Connor nods at Fray to acknowledge the strikes. Connor misses with a takedown attempt - Fray sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Connor takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fray jabs Connor right on the nose. Connor blinks but takes it well. Connor dives in and grabs Fray's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fray pushes down on Connor's head and hops out. Connor tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Fray counters with a lovely straight right hand! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Connor. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quinto Connor. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fray takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fray lands a jab to the head.
Connor closes the distance looking to clinch and Fray counters with a series of strikes. Connor will be more careful next time no doubt. Connor looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Fray has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Horrible takedown by Connor or perhaps it was just good defense by Fray which made him look bad. Connor instigates a clinch. Fray is trying to pull guard but Connor has him pressed against the cage. Fray manages to break the clinch.
Connor darts in trying to clinch and Fray counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fray fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Connor looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Connor shoots for a takedown but Fray saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Fray is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Connor takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Connor wants to clinch up but Fray keeps it at a distance. Fray lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Connor at a distance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Connor takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Fray is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Connor had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Connor is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Connor closes the distance looking to clinch enabling Fray to counter with a crisp jab. Fray cracks a nice hook into Connor's ribs. Connor tries to clinch but Fray is having none of it. Fray with a hook. Connor has taken the fight to the clinch.
Connor wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Fray has him pressed against the cage. Fray manages to break the clinch.
Connor is looking to clinch. Connor has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Connor takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Fray keeps the fight on the outside. Connor misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Connor takes a body punch but keeps moving. Fray gets tackled into the cage by Connor. Connor maintains the clinch. Fray stalling.
Fray lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Fray wants to pass the guard but Connor is defending well. Fray is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Connor! Fray stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Connor tries to clinch there but Fray circles away.
Fray goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fray throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Connor on the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Connor wants to clinch up but Fray keeps it at a distance. Fray throws a series of strikes that have Connor backpedaling.
Connor gets the takedown into side control. Connor decides to stand back up. Fray lands with a nice body punch. Jason Fray is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Connor is breathing heavily. Fray lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Connor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Fray avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fray jabs at Connor's body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Fray jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Fray connects with a nice looking jab.
Connor tries to clinch but Fray moves away letting Fray counter with a right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Fray dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Fray scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Fray lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Fray thuds a left hand into Connor's body. Nice takedown defense from Fray. No joy for Connor on that attempt. Fray shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Connor eats them both and turns towards Fray to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Connor tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Fray manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Fray is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Connor looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Fray lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Connor tries to clinch but Fray is having none of it. Quinto Connor is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Fray misses with a double jab.
Fray throws a combination. Connor tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Connor is rocked! Connor doesn't manage to clinch there - Fray circles away.
Oh Connor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Fray connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fray scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Jason Fray seems to be getting the better of the standup. Connor tries to clinch but Fray moves away and Fray counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fray ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Connor tries to clinch and Fray counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Connor tries to clinch up and Fray counters with a right hand to the body. Connor tries to clinch but fails miserably and Fray counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Connor seems to have got his legs back now. Fray scores with a one two! Connor had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Connor tries to clinch but Fray moves out of range. Fray lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Connor shoots for a double leg takedown but Fray sprawls well. He's pushed Connor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Connor moves to clinch but Fray breaks away and Fray counters with a nice body shot. Connor shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quinto Connor. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Connor doesn't manage to clinch there - Fray circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Good shot there by Fray. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A left and a right from Fray both land. Nice combination. Fray displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Fray. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Connor throws a wild hook but Fray just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Connor gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Fray raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Fray!
