Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James VIck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Bunter. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bunter.
It looks like James VIck has been cut.
Bunter jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bunter displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from VIck.
Bunter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bunter is looking to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from VIck is defended easily by Bunter.
Bunter throws a body punch but VIck moves out of range.
VIck throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Bunter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around VIck's waist but VIck gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bunter off to one side.

VIck's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bunter moves in looking to clinch but VIck pushes him off.

VIck changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bunter tries to avoid it but VIck manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bunter to the ground. Bunter escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

VIck decides to stand up.
Bunter scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
VIck tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bunter manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
VIck shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bunter manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
VIck is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
VIck wants to control from the top but Bunter keeps moving.
VIck pushes down on Bunter's leg and manages to get into half guard.

VIck thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bunter's head.
VIck is looking for a kimura but Bunter is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for VIck to get the leverage.

VIck stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bunter swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
VIck got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bunter has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, VIck has managed to get both his arms back between Bunter's legs - danger averted.
Bunter has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but VIck has passed into side control.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

VIck wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bunter keeps working.

VIck tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no VIck has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bunter is pushing VIck's head away, looking to escape. VIck manages to hold on to the position though.

I would just about give that final round to Billy Bunter.
I think VIck has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
