Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Neil Pargo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morum Grock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Neil Pargo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Morum Grock! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grock misses with a wild body shot. A head kick misses from Pargo. Pargo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Grock drops back looking for a leg! Pargo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pargo manages to kick Grock off! Grock jumps back into Pargo's guard. Pargo is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Grock is controlling him. Pargo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grock on the ground. Grock slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Pargo wants to stand but Grock is controlling the position. Grock trying to control but Pargo is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grock trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Grock won't allow Pargo to get back to his feet. Pargo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Grock fails with a takedown attempt. Pargo wants to clinch. Pargo tries to clinch but fails miserably enabling Grock to counter with a crisp jab. Grock throws a body kick that misses. Grock pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Grock looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pargo pushes Grock off but Grock dives into side control.
Pargo is pushing Grock's head away, looking to escape. Grock manages to hold on to the position though. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grock wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pargo keeps working. Grock working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Pargo is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Grock is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pargo has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grock tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Grock has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pargo wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Grock is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pargo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Pargo is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Grock wants to control but Pargo is keeping him busy.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pargo is pushing Grock's head away, looking to escape. Grock manages to hold on to the position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Morum Grock dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Grock misses with an uppercut. Pargo saw that one coming. Grock scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Pargo wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Pargo managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Grock.
Grock is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pargo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Pargo is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Grock trying to control the position but Pargo is working away. Pargo pushes Grock away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Grock gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. The strikes coming from Grock are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Grock tries to advance to mount but can't. Pargo is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Grock has just dragged him back down to the mat. Grock tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Grock has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Grock tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Grock lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Pargo down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pargo wants to get back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pargo is not content to let Grock control the position. Pargo wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grock has knee on belly and moves into mount. Pargo is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Grock has taken his back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pargo controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Grock sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Pargo taps out!
