Tanner has chosen Tornado of Souls - Megadeth as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Obed Kunirio could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to RIP Evan Tanner's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanner takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Tanner misses with a left hand
and Kunirio counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kunirio avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tanner looks to land a right hand but Kunirio moved out of range.
No joy there for Kunirio, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kunirio's corner calls for a 1-2. Kunirio obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Tanner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tanner closes the distance looking to clinch
and Kunirio connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Kunirio thows a body shot but no joy.

Tanner takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Tanner swings for the body but Kunirio moves out of range.

Tanner shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tanner was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
