Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Agapit Blondi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Islam Saidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blondi shoots in for a double leg but Saidov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Blondi moves in looking to clinch but Saidov pushes him off.
Saidov throws a head kick that Blondi semi-blocks.

Saidov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Blondi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Blondi tries to buck Saidov off but Saidov is having none of it.

Saidov looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Blondi is trying to control Saidov's posture but Saidov avoids it.
Saidov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blondi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Saidov prevents Blondi from improving his position.

Saidov seems to be looking for submissions.
Blondi is trying to stand up here but Saidov is controlling him well.

Saidov is looking for a kimura but Blondi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Saidov to get the leverage.

Saidov is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Blondi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Saidov is looking to defend but Blondi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Saidov! Blondi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Saidov taps out and this one is all over!
