Wallace comes to the cage accompanied by Pray by Jay-Z feat. Rob Dougan. Antoine Wallace has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shogun BDown!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BDown throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
BDown tries to clinch there but Wallace circles away.
BDown swinging wildly here.
BDown misses with a low kick.
Wallace throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wallace misses with a lunging right hand
and BDown counters with a nice body kick.
Wallace throws a jab but it's blocked by BDown.
Wallace throws a looping overhand right but BDown ducks down to avoid it.
BDown lands a nice hook to Wallace's body. Wallace takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wallace on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wallace scores with a hook to the body. BDown takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Shogun BDown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
BDown misses with a body kick.

Wallace blocks the body kick.

Wallace wants to clinch up but BDown keeps it at a distance.
Wallace throws a big shot that misses.
BDown connects with an inside leg kick.
Shogun BDown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

BDown tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and BDown takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Wallace moves into range and clinches up with BDown.
Wallace swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Wallace misses with a short punch on the inside.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
BDown trying to land knees to the body.

Wallace has BDown pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Wallace pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending BDown tumbling to the mat - Wallace dives into BDown's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Wallace throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Wallace trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wallace postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
BDown preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
BDown can't keep his opponent in guard - Wallace advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
BDown on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Wallace moves into full mount! BDown won't be happy about that!

Wallace postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! BDown is out cold - huge knockout for Wallace!

Antoine Wallace really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Happy Pills logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
