Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Medina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne has chosen Im A Badass as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Medina backs up against the cage.
Medina staying out of range there.
Medina fails with a takedown attempt.
Wayne throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wayne throws a right and a left that Medina avoids nicely.
Wayne stuffs the takedown.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Medina is defended easily by Wayne.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrew Medina. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wayne enables Medina to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wayne manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Medina wants to control from the top but Wayne keeps moving.

Medina is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Medina stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wayne swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Medina slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Medina has hold of Wayne's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Wayne seems comfortable defending it but Medina has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Wayne is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Wayne is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Medina couldn't care less - he's delighted!
