The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Calavera.
No luck for Muhammad with that takedown attempt.
Muhammad shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Muhammad.
Calavera tries to clinch up but Muhammad circles away and keeps his distance.
Muhammad scores with a kick to the midsection.
Muhammad looks for a takedown but Calavera sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ali Muhammad. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Muhammad shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Muhammad was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Calavera takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Muhammad has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Calavera tries to buck Muhammad off so he can stand up but Muhammad has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Calavera falls backwards, slamming Muhammad to the mat but Muhammad holds on tight! Calavera is forced to tap and this one is all over!
