Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jeff Speakman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speakman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wright swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Speakman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wright throws out the jab.
Speakman moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Speakman staggers Wright with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Wright looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!
It looks like Tom Wright has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Speakman tries to close the distance and clinch but Wright swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Speakman tries to bum rush Wright with a series of wild strikes but Wright uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Speakman misses with the combination.
Wright misses with a jab, cross combination.
Speakman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Wright is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Speakman doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Wright crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Wright's bad books for that mishap!
