Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simon Bricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Total Carnage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Total Carnage was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Simon Bricks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Total Carnage! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bricks throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Carnage's head. Carnage scores with a hook. Bricks shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Carnage as he avoids it easily. Carnage throws a leg kick but Bricks sees it coming and moves out of range. Bricks fails to land the takedown. Bricks gets a clinch. Bricks pulls guard effortlessly. Bricks controls Carnage momentarily but Carnage frees himself. Bricks wants to sweep here but Carnage controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bricks is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. This has been an exciting period of action! Carnage sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Simon Bricks has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Carnage wants to land a leg kick but Bricks is out of range. Total Carnage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Carnage is looking to score with low kicks. Carnage lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Bricks shoots in looking for a takedown. Carnage tries to sprawl out of it but Bricks keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Carnage manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Simon Bricks. That's going to take a lot out of him. Carnage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bricks ducks right into an uppercut from Carnage. Carnage thuds his shin into the meat of Bricks's side. Carnage scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Carnage connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Bricks wants to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carnage throws a head kick that misses. Bricks fails to land the takedown. Carnage lunges at Bricks with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bricks's hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Carnage pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bricks with a poor takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Bricks is breathing heavily. Bricks misses with a hook
and Carnage counters with a slapping leg kick. Carnage cracks Bricks with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Carnage has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bricks to stand back up!
Bricks is rocked!
It looks like Simon Bricks has been cut. Bricks takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Oh Bricks is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Carnage lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Bricks takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Carnage punishes Bricks's body with a nice straight punch. Carnage throws a sloppy head kick and Bricks moves out of range easily. Carnage scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Carnage fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Carnage scores with a nice body kick.
Bricks tries for a takedown but Carnage circles away easily and Carnage scores with a counter punch that sends Bricks to the canvas! Carnage smells blood - he's punishing Bricks with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Bricks has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Total Carnage!
