Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flo Tinaway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pendragon comes into the arena with f i g h t blaring out of the sound system. Tinaway has chosen Sonic Boom Six - Floating Away as his entrance music. George Pendragon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, George Pendragon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Flo Tinaway! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pendragon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pendragon's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tinaway under the eye. Pendragon closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Tinaway jumps guard but Pendragon stands there with Tinaway around his waist. Tinaway gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Pendragon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Pendragon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tinaways jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Pendragon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tinaway, pushing him back against the cage. Pendragon goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A nice right hand lands inside from Pendragon. Pendragon lands a body shot in the clinch.
Tinaway is trying to pull guard but Pendragon has him pressed against the cage. Tinaway fails to pull guard.
George Pendragon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flo Tinaway. Tinaway looking for a takedown. Tinaway looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tinaway jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pendragon walks away with a smile on his face. Tinaway gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Tinaway changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pendragon tries to avoid it but Tinaway manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pendragon to the ground. Pendragon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Pendragon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tinaway moves away. Pendragon closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Pendragon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Pendragon forces Tinaway back against the cage and clinches. Pendragon tries a body shot but Tinaway blocks it.

Pendragon has taken the fight to the clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Pendragon creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Pendragon can't find room to land a body shot as Tinaway controls the action.
Pendragon works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Pendragon cracks Tinaway with a solid left hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pendragon with a flurry of punches that miss. Pendragon trying to control the position from guard on top but Tinaway is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tinaway avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Pendragon landing some decent shots from guard. Pendragon cracks Tinaway with a solid left hand. Pendragon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tinaway on the ground. Pendragon postures up and lands a big shot to Tinaway's brow. Pendragon pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tinaway is keeping the position for now. Pendragon looking to sit in guard and control but Tinaway gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pendragon wants to sweep here but Tinaway controlling him for the moment. Tinaway looking to pass the guard. Tinaway drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pendragon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pendragon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pendragon! Pendragon working the ground and pound but Tinaway is defending the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pendragon working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Pendragon connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Tinaway some visible discomfort.
Pendragon looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Tinaway is avoiding damage well.
Pendragon trying to control the action but Tinaway is working from the bottom. Tinaway takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pendragon in side control, throwing shots but Tinaway defends. Tinaway taking punishment in the form of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Pendragon dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Tinaway darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Tinaway is looking to pass Pendragon's guard but actually Pendragon recovers to full guard. Tinaway trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. George Pendragon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Tinaway has gone for a leg lock! Pendragon slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tinaway's guard. Tinaway looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's one minute gone in the round. Tinaway preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Pendragon throws a strike but Tinaway rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Tinaway trying to control the position from guard on top but Pendragon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tinaway in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tinaway wants to pass the guard but Pendragon is keeping the position. Pendragon pushes Tinaway off and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tinaway misses with a straight left. George Pendragon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tinaway shoots and misses and Pendragon counters with a lovely straight right hand! Tinaway has his takedown stuffed and Pendragon counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Pendragon. Tinaway can't break the clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Pendragon - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Tinaway has Pendragon pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pendragon manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. George Pendragon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flo Tinaway. Pendragon just leaning against Tinaway, taking a breather.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pendragon lands a left hand.
Come on Pendragon - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Tinaway is fighting off a takedown attempt but Pendragon is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tinaway to the mat. Tinaway regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Pendragon throws a big right hand that misses. Pendragon postures up in Tinaway's guard and throws a big left but Tinaway blocks it. Pendragon trying to control but Tinaway is working from the bottom. Tinaway is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Pendragon frees his head nicely. Oh but Tinaway has switched to an armbar! Pendragon is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Flo Tinaway! Flo Tinaway tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
