Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tuco Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronald Belford Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mendoza comes to the cage accompanied by We Flexin'. Scott has chosen Big Balls by AC/DC as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendoza swats away the attempt to clinch by Scott.
No luck for Scott with that takedown attempt.
Scott steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mendoza.
No luck for Mendoza with that takedown attempt.
Scott scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Scott misses with a looping left.

It looks like Tuco Mendoza has been cut.

and Mendoza counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Scott's guard now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Scott is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mendoza is aware though and is defending well.

Scott looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Mendoza tries to free his leg and advance position but Scott is retaining full guard.
Scott keeping moving, preventing Mendoza from controlling successfully.
Mendoza pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Scott is keeping the position for now.
Mendoza is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Scott is looking for a triangle but Mendoza pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mendoza wants to control from the top but Scott keeps moving.
Mendoza sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Scott's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Scott flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Scott tries to roll over but Mendoza keeps him under control.

Mendoza is working for a submission of some sort.
Mendoza prevents Scott from improving his position.
Mendoza lands strikes from half guard.

Scott is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mendoza pulls his head out easily.
Scott won't allow Mendoza to pass to mount.

Mendoza is trying to control the action in half guard but Scott is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Mendoza takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Mendoza is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Scott wants to improve his position but Mendoza is controlling well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mendoza is working to tighten is grip on Scott's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Scott has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Mendoza is really squeezing tight and eventually Scott passes out! Mendoza breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

A very excited looking Tuco Mendoza rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
