Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Gable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaleki Oliweli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliweli has chosen Chant & E Ala E as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gable takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Gable avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gable misses with a takedown attempt - Oliweli sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Gable tries to close the distance and clinch but Oliweli swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Oliweli sizes up Gable with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Oliweli throws a body punch but Gable moves out of range.
Oliweli misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gable.

Gable throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Oliweli works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Gable thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Oliweli's head.
Kaleki Oliweli has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Oliweli manages to get to full guard.
Gable drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Oliweli manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gable has Oliweli in his guard.
Gable is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Gable wants to control but Oliweli is keeping him busy.
Oliweli wants to get back to full guard.
Gable content to control rather than advance.
Gable wants to take a breather but Oliweli is having none of it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Oliweli is trying to maintain the position but Gable is very close to passing his half guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gable, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
