The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fairtex takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Norris moves into the clinch.
Norris has had enough of the clinch but Fairtex keeps him there for the moment.
Norris lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Fairtex scores with a head kick. Norris tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Norris feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Fairtexs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Norris throws a body kick that misses.

Fairtex is rocked!
Fairtex clinches up with Norris and pushes him back against the cage.
Fairtex is still on wobbly legs! Can Norris finish him?

Norris lands a shoulder strike.
Norris lands with a right to the head.

Norris makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Norris pushes Fairtex against the cage. Norris is working some dirty boxing. Norris pushes off with a quick right hook! Fairtex goes down! Fairtex tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Norris moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chuck Norris!
