The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palumbo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tits.
Tits tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Palumbo stuffs the takedown attempt from Tits. Tits gets slowly back to his feet.
Palumbo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tits moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tits fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Tits. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Palumbo clinches up with Tits and pushes him back against the cage.

Tits tries a knee to the head but Palumbo blocks it.
Tits is breathing heavily.
Palumbo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Tits backwards.

Palumbo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Palumbo connects with a superb combination that knocks Tits out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Palumbo before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Tits!
