Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Takashi Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ultra Steve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ultra Steve was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve tries to keep at a distance but Yamamoto has taken the fight into the clinch.
Steve with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Yamamoto breaks from the clinch.
Yamamoto lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Steve sprawling to the canvas. Yamamoto follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Steve hang on?
Steve is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Steve is still in real trouble! Can Yamamoto finish him?
Yamamoto seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Steve for as long as he can get away with.
Steve is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Yamamoto is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Steve is hurt! He's hurt bad - Yamamoto fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Steve from any more punishment! Congratulations to Yamamoto! Great finish!

Takashi Yamamoto was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
